BELLPAL Safety+

BELLPAL is enabling our aging population with industry-leading fall detection. By analyzing hundreds of seniors, our algorithm learned to predict how an older demographic falls.

If you have a Moto Watch and have already purchased the Safety+ service then you need this app to connect the watch to your phone. Via the app, you can then communicate with your Emergency Response Center and notify Contacts when a fall is detected or a manual alarm is sent.

If you use the app as a contact, you will receive a notification when the watch user automatically or manually sends an alarm.

During an ongoing alarm, all selected contacts and the Response Center operator can see where the watch user is, and everyone can easily communicate via the app chat function to see who can help.

Safety + is a month-to-month subscription that begins at sign-up. You can easily cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. We just want you to be safe with your loved ones.

We recommend the user of the app using an iPhone 6s / 6s Plus or newer phone because the minimum version is iOS 14
For optimum performance, please use the latest version of iOS.

(To be able to share your position in the event of an alarm, location services always need to be activated. This can reduce the battery life of your phone. However, it is only during an alarm that your position is shared with anyone. Never otherwise. The BELLPAL Safety+ app communicates with your watch through Bluetooth which must be turned on.)
